Targeted Renting List

If your client desires to target a finite consumer niche, we can “rent” a list for the mailing campaign.

  • These list rentals can target businesses and/or residential consumers.
  • The Mspark client will need to provide information of who they want to target.
  • Geography is needed.  It can be at the zip level, city, county, etc.
  • Fill out RFQ to get the counts and costs for this type of mailing.  This is a custom quote.
  • Mspark can rent the list for one time use or rent for multiple mailings.  There is a discount for renting the list for multiple use.
  • Mspark can’t provide the client with the rented list.  We are not the list broker.  We rent and mail for our clients

Some “selects” most common to narrow down the target audience is:

  • Age Range
  • Children in the Home
  • Home Value
  • Income
  • Buying Behavior
  • And Hundreds of Demographics, Lifestyle and Purchase Behavior Filters to Choose to Reach the Client’s Best Prospects!

Don’t forget your client can mail to businesses too.  Mspark can select companies by SIC codes, company’s employee size, etc.

Customer Provided List

Mspark accepts the following formats for customer provided list:

  • .XLS & .XLSX – Microsoft Excel
  • .TXT – ASCII Text File
  • .CSV – Comma Delimited
  • .DBR – Database File
  • .ACS – ACSII Text File
  • Customer’s Database (mailing list) will go through list hygiene using CASS – Coding Accuracy Support System.
  • NCOAlink – National Change of Address.  Performed only at client’s request.
  • De-Duplication – requires some instruction from the client, criteria of how to look and remove duplicates.
  • A RFQ form must be completed and returned to [email protected]

It is helpful if we have the client’s mailing list to gauge quantity, entry points and postage.  If we do not have the list, the pricing team still needs information about the addresses on the list.

Custom Print

Mspark can design and print a variety of direct mail pieces for your clients.

For any product not on the solo mail rate card, a custom quote will need to be obtained. The request will need to be for 100,000+ quantity.

To ensure we meet all the USPS requirements for mailing, we need to discuss the specifications of a custom printed piece.  The solo team and/or Print Ops will need some details of size, paper type, folds, etc.  Samples can be sent to CX Ops and Print Ops. The Pricing Team will need some details….  Samples can be sent to Pricing at Mspark Helena office.

Custom printed pieces will also have custom due dates for order due, rough art and proof and clear.  The Pricing Team will provide those if an IHD is given.

The print is not the only thing that has to be quoted.  The sales rep will need to fill out the Request for Quote form and return it to [email protected].  Or fill out the form on this webpage and submit.  The pricing team will combine the custom print quote with the postage, processing, freight and any other custom aspects to get you the turnkey rate needed for the client.

Preprints

Any and all Preprint Pieces provided by your client must be approved by the Pricing Team.

There are several ways we can get a customer’s already printed piece out to mailboxes.  The PricingTeam will need to review the piece specs and govern by the USPS rules and regulations what options we have to solo mail.

If you have a sample of the piece, please send to the Helena office, attn. CX Ops.

If no sample is available, we will need some details of the piece – size, weight, folds, thickness, address area, etc.  Answers to these questions might lead to more questions.

From the sample or the description, the pricing team will determine the best way to mail the clients’ provided product.  We might have options or there might be only one solution.  The geography will also determine the options to mail a preprint.  Saturation walk-sequence or a customer’s mailing list play a part in how the USPS lets us mail.

Send a Request for Quote form to [email protected] or fill out and submit the form on this webpage to get the conversation going.
