How much do I charge for solo?
A solo rate card is available for 5 different size card stock products. The rate card covers saturation walk-sequence mail, 1 IHD and quantities of 5,000 and up. Click here for solo rate card. If multiple IHDs, custom print, custom mailing lists are involved, you will need to discuss with the SMS and retrieve a quote for your client. Postage, Processing, Freight and Print are all variables in the costs associated with solo mail.
When do I need a custom quote?
A custom quote request is required when the solo rate card is not applicable to the rate on an order. The rate card is only for specific products, quantities of 5,000 and more and for one IHD. Any custom lists, custom print, perpetual must be quoted.
What is an indicia?
The indicia is placed in the upper right hand corner of the address block. It is the marking used in bulk mailings that signifies the postage has been pre-paid. All Mspark mail pieces carry the Mspark corporate indicia.
Which IHD's are available for a solo piece?
Clients may choose any 3 day IHD window, Monday – Saturday.
Order entry will indicate the first request date of that window.
Can solo orders be perpetual?
Yes, we can print a solo piece and mail over several IHD’s. The print will be charged on the first IHD order. All subsequent orders will have the postage, freight and processing charges. This is a custom quote. You cannot use the solo rate card for this type of mailing.
What portion of the invoice is due on the due date?
The invoice’s full amount is due on the due date. Payment is due 7 days prior to the in home date. Solo will follow due dates for shared mail clients that have “terms” for payment.
What accounting period will my revenue fall in?
